Rental Policies of Fox Rent A Car Dallas Airport

Age Requirements:

The minimum age to rent at Fox is 19 years, while according to government rules, it is 18 years. But drivers under 25 years will pay an underage surcharge, i.e., $25.99/day for people between 18 and 21 years, and $22/day for those between 21 and 25 years old.

After-Hour Returns:

As the office has specific working hours, assisted returns are handled during that time. For returning between 10.01 p.m. and 7:59 a.m., renters must use the key drop box placed in front of the return booth. 

Additional Driver:

The fee for each additional driver is $13.75/day, and they must have all necessary driving documents. However, Fox Car Rental at DFW Airport doesn’t charge any fee for a renter's spouse, same-sex spouse, or domestic partner, or for the companion driver of a renter with a disability. 

Accepted Cards:

Only a few debit cards and all major global credit cards are accepted by Fox Rent-A-Car in Dallas. Those must be issued by an authorized bank and display Visa, Mastercard, or Discover signs.
