Volaris Arrivals at DFW Airport

Volaris flights arrive via Terminal D at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. CBP and baggage claim, along with information kiosks, are at Level 1.

• Go to the baggage belts area and reclaim the luggage.

• After reclaiming, international arrivals need to go through US Customs and Border Control.

• Charter buses, taxi stands, shuttles, and pickup locations are located outside this level of the DFW Volaris Terminal.   

Departure Terminal of Volaris at DFW 

Flight departures of Volaris Airlines are through Terminal D. The boarding gates D6-D16 are used to serve both international and domestic destinations.

• Check in at the counter of Volaris located near door D17 at Level 3. Alternatively, check-in can be done on the airlines’ website or through WhatsApp. 

• Use TSA PreCheck and go through the D18 security checkpoint, and go to the boarding area.

• Utilise the level’s dining and shopping options while waiting to board at Volaris DFW Terminal.

• Find the specific boarding between D6-D16 for the Volaris flight on the boarding pass.
