Viva Aerobus, a Mexican carrier, conducts its flight activities through Terminal D of Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. Arrivals Terminal of Viva Aerobus at DFW

Arrivals of Viva Aerobus at DFW take place at Terminal D. Post-arrival procedures are completed at Level 1.

• Flights of Viva Aerobus use gates D6-D16 for arrival.

• After disembarking, all passengers have to clear customs and border patrol.

Terminal D manages all flight departures of Viva Aerobus airline, which solely serves destinations in Mexico. The airline has its own check-in counter and specific boarding gates.

• Arrive 3 hours before the flight at the Viva Aerobus DFW Terminal to leave enough time for procedures.

• Check in from the Viva Aerobus counter located near Door D17 at Level 3.

• Get screened at the security checkpoints and utilise the expediting programs like CLEAR and TSA PreCheck for fast clearance.

• Go to the Viva Aerobus boarding gates D6-D16 for departures.
